摘要：
Molodtsov introduced the concept of soft sets, which can be seen as a new mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty. In this paper, we deal with the algebraic structure of soft sets. The lattice structures of soft sets are constructed. The concept of soft equality is introduced and some related properties are derived. It is proved that soft equality is a congruence relation with respect to some operations and the soft quotient algebra is established. Crown Copyright (C) 2010 Published by Elsevier B.V. 摘要：
Robustness of two coupled networks systems has been studied separately only for dependency coupling [Buldyrev et al., Nature (London) 464, 1025 (2010)] and only for connectivity coupling [Leicht and D'Souza, e-print arXiv:0907.0894]. Here we study, using a percolation approach, a more realistic coupled networks system where both interdependent and interconnected links exist. We find rich and unusual phase-transition phenomena including hybrid transition of mixed first and second order, i.e., discontinuities like in a first-order transition of the giant component followed by a continuous decrease to zero like in a second-order transition. Moreover, we find unusual discontinuous changes from second-order to first-order transition as a function of the dependency coupling between the two networks.

摘要：
Cyclic codes are a subclass of linear codes and have applications in consumer electronics, data storage systems, and communication systems as they have efficient encoding and decoding algorithms. In this paper, a class of three-weight cyclic codes over F-p whose duals have two zeros is presented, where p is an odd prime. The weight distribution of this class of cyclic codes is settled. Some of the cyclic codes are optimal. The duals of a subclass of the cyclic codes are also studied and proved to be optimal. (C) 2013 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

摘要：
Knowledge in an information system evolves with its dynamical environment. A new concept of interesting knowledge based on both accuracy and coverage is defined in this paper for dynamic information systems. An incremental model and approach as well as its algorithm for inducing interesting knowledge are proposed when the object set varies over time. A case study validates the feasibility of the proposed method.

Real data show that interdependent networks usually involve intersimilarity. Intersimilarity means that a pair of interdependent nodes have neighbors in both networks that are also interdependent [Parshani et al. Europhys. Lett. 92, 68002 (2010)]. For example, the coupled worldwide port network and the global airport network are intersimilar since many pairs of linked nodes (neighboring cities), by direct flights and direct shipping lines, exist in both networks. Nodes in both networks in the same city are regarded as interdependent. If two neighboring nodes in one network depend on neighboring nodes in the other network, we call these links common links. The fraction of common links in the system is a measure of intersimilarity. Previous simulation results of Parshani et al. suggest that intersimilarity has considerable effects on reducing the cascading failures; however, a theoretical understanding of this effect on the cascading process is currently missing. Here we map the cascading process with intersimilarity to a percolation of networks composed of components of common links and noncommon links. This transforms the percolation of intersimilar system to a regular percolation on a series of subnetworks, which can be solved analytically. We apply our analysis to the case where the network of common links is an Erdos-Renyi (ER) network with the average degree K, and the two networks of noncommon links are also ER networks. We show for a fully coupled pair of ER networks, that for any K>/=0, although the cascade is reduced with increasing K, the phase transition is still discontinuous. Our analysis can be generalized to any kind of interdependent random network systems.

This paper studies case deletion diagnostics for multilevel models. Using subset deletion, diagnostic measures for identifying influential units at any level are developed for both fixed and random parameters. Two approximate update formulae are derived. The first formula uses one-step approximation, while the second formula also includes the impact of estimating the random parameter. Two examples are used to illustrate the methodology developed. 摘要：
Ordered multiple categorical (MC) variable has been widely considered and studied as response variable, and few studies have carefully considered it as a predictor in linear regression. When doing this, the existence of some pseudo-categories may result in overfitting, and to detect those pseudo-categories by hypothesis test of all dummy variables might have low specificity. In this paper, we propose a transformation method of dummy variables for such ordered MC predictors, after which a model selection method combined with BIC will be elaborated. Theoretical consistency of our model selection method is established under some common assumptions. Both simulation studies and real data analysis of a medical survey indicate that our method provides good performance and is applicable to a wide range of biomedical research.
摘要：
Decision table (DT) in Rough Set was first proposed as a new chemometric approach for the optimization of synthesis strategy in this work. The fluorescence (FL) performance optimization of Mn-doped ZnS quantum dots was utilized as an example to illustrate the analysis procedure and verify the rationality of DT. Five condition attributes (namely synthesis conditions) were first reduced to be three through the analysis of FL intensity (decision attribute) and attribute reduction of the first DT. Two core attributes were confirmed: the volume ratio of ZnSO4 and Na2S solution, the volume of MnCl2 solution. It was then found that the latter was the most important condition attribute from attribute reduction of the second DT and the optimal synthesis strategy was obtained. The results were then verified by the use of single factor analysis and orthogonal experiment. Finally, it is concluded that the proposed method has the advantages of attribute reduction, core attribute determination and no requirement on evenly distributed conditions despite the need of certain mathematical knowledge. More importantly, it presents superiority for synthesis optimization when handling larger number of condition attributes due to attribute reduction. DT might be a new chemometric approach for the optimization of materials synthesis with multiple factors.

摘要：
Nowadays, the security of E-government has been the principal problem in countries. Moreover, the security of intranet has been the most important problem. In this paper, the writer has done some systematic analyses of basic concept of electronic government, as well as the system framework and running mechanism of ArcIMS. Based on the ArcIMS, the technologies of PKI and PMI have been incorporated, and a kind of new safe solution of E-government Intranet could be put forward, that is, a new strong way of authentication combined with the service of authorization has been put forward into the PKI system. It's overcome the discrepancy of single PKI system completely and ensures the security of Intranet well.
